I'm not sure if this counts as old news or too-early news...
Monty Python is re-releasing Life of Brian in theaters later this month! I had originally read that the release date would be on Good Friday, but I read today that they're aiming for April 30th. And it will only be in Los Angeles and New York City initially. :( In addition to being the film's 25th anniversary, Monty Python is re-releasing it as an alternate view to Mel Gibson's The Passion.
If you haven't seen Life of Brian, or you've only seen it on tv, you should definitely go. It's terrific! Take your kids! And your cow-workers! If enough people go and see it in NY and LA, it might make it to San Francisco and the Midwest. Always look on the bright side of Life!
