Halloween

Our local grocery store already has Halloween candy out. Yum...stale candy (or at least it will be stale by the end of October)!

Why do you care? Elliot's not going to have teeth before Halloween!

(Although I dreamed that at one month old he was twice the size he was at birth. That's not realistic, is it?)

P.S. The correct punctuation at the end of your second sentence gives me hope for the future of our country. If you can teach your son the difference -- and the conjugations -- of "lie" and "lay," I will die happy. Unless, of course, he doesn't learn the difference between "premier" and "premiere."

P.P.S. My second sentence above should have read, "If you can teach your son the difference between -- and the conjugations of . . ."

That's what I get for calling the kettle black.
