Gary and I have decided to start a family blog over at WordPress and retire this one. It's called Kid Soup, and the URL is http://kidsoup.wordpress.com/.
We have several reasons for moving. Gary wants to be able to contribute to the blog, and he can write posts and upload photos directly from his iPhone to WordPress. I also wanted better security against spammers; I am removing dozens of spam comments each month from here and it's a drag.
We won't be able to move any of the posts on my blog to the new site, so I'll keep this one available indefinitely. I haven't figured out if there is a way to subscribe to posts via email, but I hope to sort everything out in the next few weeks.
