Poor Gary--looks like he has a busy time ahead of him. Unfortunately, these problems come with owning a house but it's good when you can do the work yourself. Hope the rains let up for you soon and then Gary can relax.

Hope that's the extent of any damage and you guys figured out the cause. Just finished putting in an extra 6" of attic insulation in our house for energy savings and was thinking about what would happen in the event a leak saturated 12" of insulation.
Oh, the ceiling inside is dripping
and the insulation's ripping

Sure glad my grandson can do the work because those plummers are expencive did Gar Lee3 get in water up where he is at, sure hope not and I hope this takes care of you all problem, don't let Elliot get wet, I know you two won't love you all. grandma spevie
